I just wanted to thank you for a great session, I felt so good. I do love the way you teach and it is helping me as a future instructor as well. Your sessions are never just a work out, there is always more to take away when we are done.
Hi Vicki, I just wanted you to know how much we are enjoying the class! Speaking for myself, I want to let you know how I love the ending words of wisdom that you read to us. I love your voice. I love the care that you take in making sure the postures are correct. I really want to do them correctly and it's been 20 years since I was in a class and I don't remember them so well and then my body doesn't cooperate with me! Ha ha!

I just want to tell you how much your studio has helped me since I started this last summer. I've stayed with gentle yoga for fear of doing any further injury to my lower back. I love it so much! I know I will continue to take it even though I want to eventually move on to more challenging classes. I like your gentleness & so look forward to a class after a stressful day working.
